Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any items that are personalised, unless that are deemed faulty or incorrect.

We offer 30 day refund policy on all non-personalised items within our range. Simply contact our customer service team via telephone or by emailing help@handmadechristmasco.com to receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
